DEBIR, based in Mexico City, is the controller of the personal data it receives through debir.ai. Contact: start@debir.ai.
Data we collect
Through the Discovery form: name, company, title, work email, industry and the message you choose to write. We do not collect sensitive data and ask you not to include it in the message.
Purposes
To answer your Discovery request, propose dates and prepare the session. We do not use your data for other purposes, do not share it with third parties and it does not go into any AI model.
Visit measurement
If you accept it, we use anonymous visit measurement to learn which pages are useful. It is off until you accept it, and you can change your decision at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
Your rights
You can access, rectify, cancel or object to the processing of your data (ARCO rights), and withdraw your consent, by writing to start@debir.ai. We respond within the periods set by law.
Security
We apply administrative, technical and physical measures proportionate to the risk to protect your data. If a breach affecting your rights occurred, we would inform you immediately.

Any change to this notice is published on this page with its version date.
